HR On Demand includes a non-retaliatory third party employee e-mail and telephone hotline. Your employees need to have a means to voice their concerns inside the company or they can go outside to the Department of Labor or an attorney. Our goal is to identify workplace concerns and work with employees and managers to properly investigate, document, and resolve issues before they escalate into claims and lawsuits. We log each call and discuss it with your designated company contact when action is required.
